aww thank you !!!!! I really do appreciate it
thank you so much sweetheart !
I was worried I was about to get a message saying “you promote health and then post images like that, you hypocrite”. So thank you, majorly, for not saying that haha.
take care and know I’m always right here for ya !
hahhahahah. how many minutes have you been following me?
my body is not naturally ‘thin’, nor have I seen it at a healthy weight for ages. I have been in and out of treatment for anorexia nervosa for seven eight years. RIght now, I am in the process of recovery, but I’ve been making circles for far too long.
Thanks love! I’m a full time student and a part time retail associate. Which does not bring home the mullaa at all. I also rent a highrise condo hahahha. So like. I’m not doing myself any monetary favours here. At the end of the day, though, I save. I do my very best to not spend a dime more than I need to. I’m also living in Canada’s biggest city where wages aren’t too bad (even though cost of living is huge) so it does add up at an appropriate speed. I was lucky enough in the past to have my parents take me on trips, but now I just book flights several months in advance, and stay in 1-2week rental apartments instead of hotels so that I can save restaurant money and buy groceries and cook for myself instead. Travel with friends, split it with family, and save save save.
Hope that helps !
Buy foods that you can munch on, food thats you want to munch on, so that even if you can’t seem to fill yourself, you are eating foods worth eating and worth enjoying.
eat breakfast. if you are skipping that, you’re going to be unable to ‘fill up’ later
eat lunch. for the same reason as above. your body wants it
eat dinner. but do it a little later in the day
buy fruits and vegetables, low sodium crackers and low fat dips. they are easy to prepare, to fill yourself up during study breaks, and ensure you are keeping hydrated. a lot of the times we think we are hungry but it’s thirst that we are feeling.
good luck with all your work and I hope this helps.
after school tomorrow grab some fresh vegetables and fruits, and give it a shot!
You’re the best. Firstly, calling me Becky, using my name, taking the time to acknowledge that I am a person, not a group of blogs. Thank you <3
Where can I start. If you know anything about me, which it seems you do, you’ll know that I’ve struggled with depression and alcohol+drug abuse in the past. As much as you are fighting with your body now, you need to fight twice as hard against the negative emotions and behavoirs before you can really ‘change’ your body. It sounds like you are stuck in a circle, and it’s a painful one to be in, no doubt. But please reach out, please speak to a professional about the depression, and please make a conscious effort to find support for your issues surrounding alcohol. The sooner you have those two under control, the sooner your body will allow you to take control over it. Right now, you can’t, and that’s why you can’t trust yourself to lose the weight that you so badly feel you need to.
It’s one step at a time
But every step is worthwhile

Because she is one in 7 billion
As are you
And you are a million things
As is she
whatever you feel comfortable with!
I live in the middle of the downtown area of a a huge city, and even if I walked for an hour I wouldn’t be able to escape it - but I try to. I walk down to the lake and back, which takes about 45 minutes, and it’s refreshing, especially when, in the dead of winter, I grab a coffee on the way home.
Walk however much you want to, I find it clears your mind the best, to get out, to see the area that surrounds you.
As for cardio workouts, turn that walk into a jog or a run, maybe you rather do laps for 30 minutes, or maybe just 5. I genuinely go to the pool below me for 10 minute swims sometimes. As long as you are doing what you are happy and comfortable doing, it’s worth it !
thanks lovely! I’m doing alright.
struggling a little more over the past few weeks, and spending more time in hospital than I’d like to, but things will work out in the end I know.
currently trying to balance the whole 30h of school and 30h of work thing which also caring for my health… feels impossible !
yes! you are definitely not alone. I think it’s a part of the whole ‘too cold to walk around comfortably, too cold to smile’ issue haha. It’s just a season though. One with too little Vitamin D and too much frostbite.
We’ll get through ;)
thanks so much lovely <3 really do appreciate it
I would not jump up and call it that, myself. In the situation I wrote about last night, it wasn’t against my will. I just didn’t have a care in the world. It was sex that I didn’t participate in, if that makes sense.
I’m 19, and I am ‘sexually active’, but it was his words and the way he used my mind and my body in a way that make me into this useless spec dust just floating in the air.
So no, I wasn’t raped. And I appreciate your kindness about the question.
Eat when you are hungry. Eat a variety of foods. Exercise when you have time. Only as much as you are comfortable with.
Minimum for each meal:
1 Fruit or Vegetable
1 Starch/similar
1 Glass of Juice or Milk
Switch up your fruits, trade pancakes for waffles for granola for toast, etc. Same with lunches and dinners. Trade chicken for chickpeas or stir fry or full caesars. Mix it up.
A healthy balanced diet is about getting all your vitimins and minerals from a variety of foods, and if you know you are missing out on something, google it!
<3 best of luck
It’s never to early to think about the summer, and never too late to start making changes. Honestly, I have no favourites but a great thing to do is search youtube based on the ratings. P90X is a given, but it’s really hard work, but if you can get a copy of that, I’d suggest doing the warm ups, day by day.
