Saturday Intake
(I’m going to start writing/posting my intake, as I’ve been struggling to keep it up and this might serve as an embarrassing reminder)
Breakfast: -
Lunch: -
Dinner: Stir Fry with salmon (60), asian egg noodle (230), green beans (17), bean sprout (1), bok choy (8) and broccoli (23)
Snacks: 1/2 Thai Tea frozen desert (130/2=65)
Exercise: 4 hours speed walking
Total: 404...
